We remind you that as from 01.01.2014 a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments.
Prices are valid per apartment and per week.
The price includes bed and bath linens (changed on request), and the use of the sauna. There is an amount of 35.00 - 50.00 € charged for final cleaning.
Additional bed: Children up to 3 years for free, from 3 to 16 years Euro 20 per night, adults Euro 25 per night.
Sauna: Only available during winter season.
Arrival / Departure: On the arrival day, the apartment will be available from 3.00 pm.
We also ask you to please advise us if you will arrive after 8.00 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 am.
Terms and Conditions:
A reservation is only valid when it is confirmed in writing.
In order to confirm a reservation, we require a deposit within 7 days and it should be to the value of 30% of the apartment price.
In the event of cancelling your apartment, the deposit paid is non refundable. (The deposit constitutes as a liquidated penalty). Should there be a curtailment or late arrival, the total amount agreed for the apartment is still owed. Cancellations are only valid in writing.
